Made by muddling sugar with bitters and water, adding any of our Bourbons and garnishing with an orange slice or zest and a cocktail cherry. It is traditionally served with ice in an old-fashioned glass.
2oz of any Shire Bourbon
2 dashes of aromatic or citrus bitters
Dash of simple Syrup
3-4” zest of an orange peel
1 Amalfi black cherry
Large Ice Cube
